Managing Aggressive Behaviour

How to deal with verbal, physical and psychological aggression and stay safe

The problem

Do your staff members ever come into contact with very emotional or aggressive people – either in person or on the phone?
Do they feel shaky, anxious or angry after an interaction?
Are you experiencing high staff turnover and burnout?

The solution

We can teach your staff the difference between emotional and aggressive behaviours so they can  recognise when an interaction is becoming unsafe. They’ll learn how to safely disengage from any of the four types of abuse and develop a common language for reporting and debriefing aggressive behaviour. We’ve developed some ‘Emotional PPE’ tools to keep them safe from the trauma and stress of these experiences and a way to help them  understand how to recognise escalation and risk and act accordingly.

All our workshops are uniquely designed to reflect your specific situation.

Complete the contact form and one of our specialist trainers will be in touch to talk with you about how we can help.
